The purpose of this corporation shall be to engage in and conduct efforts to increase the number of tourists and visitors to Waseca through improved promotion of services, attractions and area events; to promote the Waseca area as a site for business conferences; and to develop and promote additional community attractions and special events.
This message will not have any crystal-ball proclamations, but I am confident that Waseca has the right combination of volunteers to keep the community moving forward. These volunteers are present everywhere in Waseca and are not limited to any business, spiritual or community organization. Waseca is indeed very fortunate to have competent volunteers and public officials who care about our town!

The WATVB is comprised of volunteers representing various organizations and related businesses from the community. The WATVB responds to email requests for tourism information on Waseca by sending Waseca Visitors Guides, Coupon Books, and a new Community Guide and supports the creation of these items to support tourism in Waseca.
