Waseca Area Chamber Announces Robin Dulas as New Executive Director
Waseca, MN – The Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Robin Dulas has been appointed as its new Executive Director, effective January 2, 2025. Robin, a longtime Waseca resident and dedicated community leader, brings an abundance of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and community engagement to the Chamber. “Robin commands a wealth of knowledge and expertise for the role of Executive Director. Her vision and commitment to excellence make her the ideal choice to support the Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce as we continue a path of progress,” Incoming President and Transition Officer, Mikhail Rostislavovich said.
Robin's professional background highlights her exceptional skills in communication, financial management, and event coordination. She has served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Waseca County Free Fair since 2013, where she has been instrumental in budget management, grant writing, and marketing. Her leadership has helped elevate the Free Fair's success year after year. Additionally, Robin has been the Church Administrator for Grace Lutheran Church since 1999, demonstrating her ability to manage complex schedules, finances, and communication initiatives effectively. Kristie Biehn, Chamber Administrator Assistant says, “Robin will be an exciting fit for the Chamber. I cannot wait to have her part of the team.”
Robin’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as an Associate of Science in Sales, Marketing & Management. Her dedication to professional development and community involvement is evident in her roles on the Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, President of the Discover Waseca Tourism Board, and Co-Chair of the Holiday Lights Committee.

Robin will succeed Ann Fitch, who has served as Executive Director since 2018. Ann’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the Chamber’s role as community connection in Waseca and regional collaborator. Ann will remain an active Chamber Member and continue her work within the Waseca community.
Robin stated, “I am honored to take on this new role and look forward to building on the strong foundation that the Chamber team and Ann have established. I am excited about working for our members; they are what makes our organization thrive.”
