Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Shannon James Kuball to Board of Directors
Waseca, MN – 4-2-2025 – The Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Shannon James Kuball of James Bros. Construction, Inc. to its Board of Directors. Shannon brings a wealth of experience in business, community service, and leadership, making her a valuable addition to the Chamber’s leadership team.

Shannon is a dedicated business leader with deep roots in the community. As part of James Bros Construction, she has played a pivotal role in continuing the company’s tradition of excellence, customer service, and community engagement. Shannon’s professional journey has been diverse, including roles in outpatient therapy, hospice work, and co-owning and operating Kuball Dairy Farm alongside her husband, Nathan. Her commitment to both business and community development is evident through her service on various boards, including Together on Memories, the Grizzly Booster Club, and the Rice County ADA Board.

Shannon and her husband, Nathan, have two daughters in college and a son in his senior year of high school. Outside of her professional and community commitments, she enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, and camping with her family.
